We have Certified Technicians, Welders and CAD Designers to execute any Quantity and Quality of Marine Fabrications. Our Team is best to fabricate things on Site also for quick completion of our Projects.

GANGWAY & STAIR STEP GANGWAY LITMUS MARINE Marine Grade Aluminum Gangways are constructed using High Grade Aluminum 5052, 6082, 6036 or Equivalent Grade Material as per Customer's Choice. We have our In-House team of Technical Experts that designs on CAD with structural strength calculation minimizing weight of Gangways and certified fabricators with years of experience in Marine Fabrications. Gangways of any Size can be fabricat- ed as per Site/ Customer Requirement. Marine Grade Aluminum Stair Step Gangways are self-levelling step marine gang- ways that can articulate through 0 to 55 degrees working angle with a width to suit customer needs. Each step rotates via a linkage to present a horizontal walk sur- face, irrespective of the gangway angle & height. This makes for very sure footing and gives the user assurance.

Our team is also expert in fabricating Fixed Wooden/ Aluminium Ramps using Piling System as per Site Conditions. Boat Trailers

Boat Trailers are fabricated & customized from Galvanized Steel by our In House Certified fabricators who has years of experience in Marine Fabrications. Designs of these Boat Trailers is studied & calculated by our Technical expertise on Ansys and CAD Applications. These Boat Trailers can take load of up to 4500kg Boat & 2.5 meter width boat. All these Boat Trailers are Hot Dipped Galvanized and Boat is supported by Roller wheels or Adjustable Carpet Bunks. This Boat Trailer includes Galvanized Leaf Axle, Smooth Bearings, Wheels, Winch & Lights.

Safety Railings can be single Pole, Barrier Type, and Continues Fixed Type or can be customized as per requirement.

LITMUS MARINE Rollers / Pipes for Piling is fabricated by our own in house team of certified fabrica- tors. Design of pipes, Rollers and piling technique is studied & calculated by our Technical expertise on Ansys and CAD Applications. Rollers of these Pilings are made up of Nylon and are casted in required sizes. Piling can be of steel pipes or steel H- Piles depending upon the requirement and site conditions. Both are fabri- cated as per requirement at our Workshop.
