Rescue/ Work Boats
LITMUS MARINE These Heavy-Duty Boats are designed for Search & Rescue Operations. Its high maneuverability and seaworthy characteristics enable the users to carry out the operations at high speeds within shallow waters and rough sea conditions. The hull is filled with closed cell foam that makes the craft unsinkable. Highly recom- mended to Disaster Management, Fire & Emergency Services, Army, Navy, Ports & Oil Rigs. Specialized Manufacturing Process:
Key Features
- The CNC cutting machine is used to cut HDPE parts, required to fabricate the
- boats, from various thicknesses of sheet HDPE.
- 400 mm PE pipe Sponson Collars makes it Strong. These 13 mm thick Sponsons have seven sealed compartments each filled with polystyrene foam rendering the craft as virtually unsinkable
- The jigs are designed to hold either the pontoon pipes or bulkhead framework in place while external underside parts such as the hulls, transom, and bulwarks are extrusion welded together. Once the underside of the superstructure is completed the partially completed boat is flipped over and the rest of the HDPE superstructure is extrusion welded together to create this boat.
- Welds are prepared using the roughened V-mitre technique. This form of preparation and welding creates an extremely strong bond between HDPE parts and thus a Strongest HDPE Rescue/ Work Boat is manufactured. Specifications:
